The total experience is 3.5 hours, perfect for those wanting to enjoy Puffing Billy’s twilight charm.
At Lakeside, stretch your legs at Emerald Lake Park, browse the gift shop, or learn something new at the Lakeside Hall Museum, which includes Puffing Billy’s very first locomotive, 3A. Then wander the picturesque park precinct at your leisure.
As night falls, return to Belgrave under the stars. Passengers will once again soak up the magic of steam train travel and the serenity of twilight over the lush landscape—at a time of day rarely offered to the public.
